Her research interests include the production of knowledge through and about art and architecture, with a focus on how archives, publications, exhibitions, and aesthetic objects shape and reflect culture and society. Her master's thesis investigated the architecture exhibitions and publications of Mexico’s Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes during the 1950s, a period of enormous economic growth and cultural change.
