Fabio Cafagna is a PhD candidate in History of Art Criticism at Sapienza – University of Rome. His research project intends to trace back the 19th-century history of the chair of Artistic Anatomy at the Academy of Fine Arts in Turin and, more generally, to examine the discipline changing vicissitudes in academia between the end of the 18th and the beginning of the 20th century. Since 2014 he is Honorary Fellow in History of Contemporary Art at the Università degli Studi dell’Insubria (Como).
